Light, bright & breezy upstairs. Dim & sexy downstairs. You'll wanna visit both.
Can't decide whether you want your night to be light and elegant or dark and sultry? Find a coin and give it a flip. If it lands on Heads, grab a seat in the light-flooded ground floor room; it's all baby blue velvet seating, chic gold metal trim and exposed brick. If you get Tails, you're taking the stairs down to the sultry underbelly where the lights are dimmed, the music is bluesy and the corners are perfect for some incognito snogging. Two separate bars with two separate menus. And you gotta try both.
No matter where you're at, the drinks are epic without being w*nky. Starting in Heads? Expect light drinks that'll revive. We're talking aperitivo-style serves, twists on classics and low-ABV libations. Feelin' dark & moody? In Tails it's all about short, bold cocktails which dance on the dark side. Rum, whisky, bourbon. It's all bad-ass. And if you wanna really mix sh*t up, dip into the latest menu which plays with Autumnal fruit and Winter flavours. It transcends the bar's split personality and you can hit it up wherever the coin lands.
Outside there's one of the prettiest garden terraces we've found in North London. Patio heaters, cosy blankets, a sh*t loada shrubbery and a window direct to the bar so you don't need to traipse in and out for your drinks. Genius. Gather your squad and settle in for some long nights. They have a late license for every night, and you're not gonna want to leave.
