Big news! Top Chef Ollie Dabbous (from the sell-out Dabbous and Barnyard) is about to open his third restaurant next year. You’ll find Henrietta – an 80-seater bistro and bar- inside a new Covent Garden hotel from the epic Experimental Group (the cool French crew behind the likes of killer London bars ECC in Chinatown and Joyeux Bordel). These guys aren't new to bed service though, they've already launched their first hotel Grand Pigalle in Paris's 9th District. There’s not much more on this for the mo - but what we can tell you is it’ll be a seasonal menu with a subtle French twist. And of course cocktails are going to be BIG news here, with cocktail guru power couple Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller (from Mixellany) thrown in the mix too.
