An ex-Zuma chef dishing up in a Japanese fine dining joint in Belgravia? Chopsticks at the ready. Set in a 19th Century listed building next to the huge houses of Belgravia this modern Japanese restaurant is pretty swanky but in a fash pack kind of way, so play it cool.

Set over 3 floors keep it ground for cocktails, sake and sushi up at the bar. They’ve won awards for their sushi so you know it’s going to be epic. Definitely try something from their sake selection; the guys behind the bar will recommend something killer and for us it’s about the sparkling. Upstairs is a sit down restaurant affair, perfect for getting lucky on the 3rd date but if you’re pulling out all the stops and looking for something awesome you’ve gotta get into the basement for one hell of a private dining experience. You’ll be taken through the kitchen so you can see where the magic happens and into a little room that fits upto 7, plus you get a private chef for the night. Nice one.
