Knightsbridge. It's an odd one. A bit of a black hole in the centre of town, where by day it swarms with tourists itching to snap a selfie with a department store, and by night lads in neon Lamborghinis treat the place like Silverstone race track (We get it, dude. Your d*ck is tiny) Whatever it is, it isn't a spot we'd usually head to for a night of kick-ass cocktails. Until now.
You'll find Nolita Social beneath Sette at the Bvlgari Hotel. Yeah, Bvlgari is boujee as f*ck, but this subterranean basement bar isn't very "Knightsbridge" at all. It's legit classy, rather than "classy plated", with chilled vibes of sleek New York in the 70's. It's understated glam. It's a bit of us. It'll take a while for your eyes to adjust in this dimly lit basement, but you will be able to see the golden light of the back bar as soon as you slip in. It glows like a treasure chest of liquor bottles. Jackpot! 'Cause this is Knightsbridge, it's quiet earlier in the week, but come the weekend, this bar has a buzz like a bee stuck in a window. 4 nights a week you're treated to live music. It pairs well with the drinks menu which reads like a playlist of classic tunes. Hit up the Good Vibrations for a powerful hit of Casamigos tequila with cucumber-bell pepper water, thai basil dolin blanc and absinthe drops, or if rum is more your jam, be like BarChick and start Livin La Vida Loca for a blend of homemade spiced rum, Montenegro, pineapple, lime.
