Here in this eighty-seater bar with its colourful design (we're talking eye-catching terrazzo tiling, brass monkey lights and plenty of natural wood cladding), it's all about a modern take on Ukrainian vodka infusions. The pair behind this place are veterans of the hospitality industry who, after toasting their 2020 wedding with their own traditional family-made nalivka (AKA vodka infused with herbs, berries or roots), decided to bring this Ukrainian way of drinking to London. They're infusing their vodkas in house (it's a two month process, FYI) and showcasing them on their killer cocktail menu. There are delicious tapas plates to stem the hunger, and if you like your privacy, you'll dig the beautiful private drinking area; a foliage-clad room for 20 people, the perfect space for parties and plenty of vodka tasting.
