The BBQ legends have moved over to the city - there's more space, more booze, more BBQ AND they take reservations now. In fact it's so big that they even have their own butchery on site. It's all about the meat sweats but the drinks are banging too; whiskey based, dirty-south style cocktails. Although if you can't get enough of the smoke you'll find Martinis made outta mescal. You'll find no shortage of pickles and bourbon on this menu, play like BarChick and back their signature pickle-back shots - a shot of bourbon followed by a house made, pickle-brine chaser. Pow.
When it comes to the food they let their smokers do the talking. The small, daily changing menu of beef ribs, beef neck, and brisket, is divine. We challenge you to leave the place without BBQ sauce smeared over your face.
