So long Ritas, there’s a new kid in town. This one comes between two soft buns… it’s the Psychic Burger diner and it’s quickly becoming our new best mate (until we go up a size).

Sitting pretty on top of Birthdays, the super cool music joint in Dalston, this place has come to put fat hipsters in vogue. We tucked into the Psychic Burger with aged fore rib and chuck steak pattie, lettuce, marmande tomato, gherkin and their special sauce (man what is in that?!) sandwiched between two glazed brioche buns. BarChick’s date went for the Soft Shell Crab burger with garlic aioli and sweet chilli sauce and swore he could live off them.

If burgers aren’t your thing (what are you doing in here) there’s a sugar-high brunch menu, a snack menu, a tonne of American classics and a pudding menu, do have the baked blueberry and vanilla cheesecake, it’ll make your taste buds dance.

Drink cocktails then head downstairs to mosh that burger off.
