The outside looks either like an old school pub or an amusement arcade, we say the latter with all the vintage tat dotted about (although there is a wall made out of beer cans). Inside’s like some sort of kooky auntie’s living room. With a skull disco head spinning, a photo of Diana & Charles, Shakey Steven’s mirror, odd lamps & an amazing ice-cream cone chandelier, it's safe to say they have hit their fair share of boot sales.
Grab a menu and sit at one of the school desks. Want to add to the insane amount of graffiti? Grab a pen from inside them and go nuts… or just read the weird sh*t already there, BarChick enjoyed the drawing of Mick Hucknall with a dolphin?! Classic cocktails are on offer & served in teacups (try get the one of Queen Liz). The Manhattan was spot on especially when enjoyed over a game of Connect Four (or "4thewin" as their version was called!).
After work drinks? Get involved in their INSANE happy hour. 4pm until 9pm Mon - Friday a bottle of beer, a glass of wine or a spirit and mixer is only £2.50. Make sure you've eaten cos this is dangerous. It’s open until midnight during the week, 2am Thursday and 3am on Friday and Saturday. Expect DJs spinning old school classic tunes, usually with a 70s or 80s flex, we're digging it.
Planning a party? Downstairs there’s a private room for 40 with its own bar, sound system and TV with a Sega console for you to play classic games on. YES. Fairy lights, lamps, chairs & random bits on the shelves make it like a house party without the stress, plus, you're left to it so get up to whatever mischief you want... our kinda party!
