The latest edition to the Draft House chain hits Goodge Street. It’s nice and compact (only 25 seats so no table bookings!) although that doesn’t stop them from holding a seriously impressive beer selection. BarChick loved the Kwak beer that comes in some sort of over-sized test tube glass in its own wooden drink holder, it’s all very biology class.

The food is not for those on a diet: with 3 different burgers (The Yolk, The Smoke and The Poke) 9 inch hot dogs, mac and cheese… you get the idea. One thing you HAVE to try are the meat bombs, these bad boys alone are reason enough to go. Small balls of bolognaise wrapped in thick bechamel sauce deep fried…. nuff said.

Plus they’ve launched a breakfast menu available from 8am on weekdays, BarChick knows where her next morning meeting’s gonna be!
