The Ivy group have interior design nailed. If you’ve been to any of their brasseries or cafes (for example The Ivy Chelsea Garden and The Ivy Cafe Marylebone) you’ll know the drill. Art Deco glamour without the need to wear a blazer or drop a bomb on lunch, thank god. This multi-floored venue in Victoria isn’t any different. It’s the kind of place your mum, your mates, and your date will love. Boom.

Perch at the bar on one of the glam coral stools and get stuck into their cocktail list. They have a banging selection of G&Ts, or go for something like the Palace Passion (passionfruit, vanilla vodka and fire). We recommend staying for dinner. Whether it's their lobster linguine, the black cod, or good old fish and chips, the food is always spot on, as is the service. Looking for somewhere to celebrate? Hire out The Pelican Room upstairs and show your crew a good time. In the summer the outdoor patio offers a bit of green amidst the concrete jungle of the area. Phew.
