The Tommy Tucker

BARCHICK SAYS

The Tommy Tucker opened its doors to shake up Fulham’s pub scene. It’s out with the red trouser brigade and in with the dudes behind the bar shaking up Fig & Bourbon Fizzes and Pear & Cinnamon Bellinis. The pub’s been pimped with cosy leather banquettes, sexy lighting, a huge copper clock, a suspicious-looking shadow and a dining area covered with sheet music wallpaper and exposed bulbs. Take a seat at the bar - they’ve got a welcoming selection of booze, including craft beers, Champagne chilling and cocktails.

Don’t be afraid to go off menu, something tells us these guys can handle it. When you spy the dishes coming out of the open kitchen you won’t be able to leave without settling in for supper (the clue’s in the title if you’re down with your Cockney slang). These guys butcher everything on-site from lamb to beef and are big into their nose to tail cooking. From fresh crab cakes and scallops, to melt-in-the-mouth beef and all washed down with delicious wines. This place has got date night written all over it.
