If your kids drag you in here, they’re going to be a bit disappointed, you, on the other hand, won’t be. Welcome to Putney’s party play pen; with turquoise booths, yellow chairs, a pimping pink bar with a checked backdrop and more curious looking bottles than Alice encounters in her adventures.

Sure it’s a little girly, but that’s the point and guys don’t be put off, girls flock here so it should be easy pickings… Onto the drinks, BarChick thinks these guys need a medal for their originality. The Elmo’s (Tickle Me) Grog comes wrapped in a tobacco scented newspaper, the Clubland A La Polly Pocket comes with chocolate cigs and cola flavoured popping candy and the Newton’s Craddle Old Fashioned Tipple comes with an actual chocolate fondue. Boys, there are some very dude-heavy options; the Proffesor’s Negroni, served in a hip flask packs a punch and impressively, the drinks themselves are as thrilling as the theatrics. Oh and the food is just as playful, the seven star BBQ won us over as did the goat’s cheese lolly pops.

The neon sign above the bar says ‘get your thrills’ and man it’s not wrong. Well played boys.
