Classic cocktails are given a twist and drinks are well balanced. When BarChick visited, Marc (an award winner bartender) served us endless Cold Claret Punch (Grand Marnier and Cherry Marnier, gin, lemon and Bordeaux wine) which went down all too well. Be sure to check out signature cocktail The Elixir Basil Smash (gin, Chartreuse, basil and lemon juice) before you stagger home.
