Take their Alonso Martinez, a spin on the classic: it comes with a vermouth jelly-stuffed olive - aka a party in our mouth. Their Dry Martini is killer too. Turn to the staff in lab coats for pretty much any of your cocktail needs. They also do booze-free amazingly well; you're welcome, mums-to-be.

Located inside the INNSIDE Madrid Génova, the Kenzo-designed interiors are elegant yet cosy, with a soundtrack of jazz played on vinyl; this is a strong contender for our favourite Madrid hangout.
