Good luck finding this; disguised as an old pawn shop with its barred front doors and guitars and other tat in the windows, Dusk til Pawn don't look like no bar, it’s a stealthy hiding place away from prying eyes. Step inside this speakeasy bourbon bar, they've got over twenty to offer you, so you'll be happy you kept looking up and down the street for it. With leather seats down one side and a long bad-ass corrugated iron bar on the other, go take a seat or hang with the bartenders. It's all very chilled with Bowie playing on the speakers and sexy lighting. Wanna choose a song? Then play on their free jukebox...hell yeah.

The place looks f*cking cool with a huge star suspended above the well-stocked bar, hanging light bulbs and various slogans grafted to the walls. We loved the one above the exit sign that said "Every exit is an entrance somewhere else"... that’s some deep sh*t right there.

The cocktails here are boom ting, the Brass Balls was their twist on an Old Fashioned with marmalade and ginger... it was awesome as was their rhubarb and custard drink, do it. The guys here like to experiment and make their own liqueurs and infused bourbons like fig, mint and smoked...you get it, so the menu is always changing. Chat to the bartenders if you're stuck, they'll make you pretty much anything you want. Plus Picklebacks are encouraged here (of course they are!) stop wincing at the idea of the gherkin, they're mega.
