Attached to Hunky Dory but with a totally different vibe, Tusk is an African themed cocktail shack. It's no mud hut, it's more like a fancy game lodge and BarChick was on cocktail safari. The Big Five was a natural starting place and they all featured homemade infusions. The Cape Buffalo packed a kick with its black pepper infused gin, cooled with pineapple juice and blackberry. Fig infused scotch features in The Black Rhino. The signature Tusk served in a glass tusk was quite something. If you need a bit to eat, then there’s a good choice of tasty burgers on offer. BarChick loved the super friendly bar staff, who were perfect guides through a menu with such mega choices. Now that's our kinda safari session.
