When the guys from The Dead Rabbit opened a second bar, we knew it was going to be something EPIC. They took inspo from the Prohibition era, and when that took hold, the thirsty took off. And some of them took off from New York's Pier A, where you'll find this homage to the BlackTail planes that took socialites from New York to the American bars of Havana. This place is glamorous escapism personified. It's tropical, decadent and complex. Not unlike it's bar offering.
Step inside and you're inside a world of live jazz, dark woods and classic Cuban cocktails. It's a full-blown immersive experience with cocktails courtesy of Jesse Vida. Ever wanted to experience the Cuban Revolution through the eyes of women? Then get stuck into this menu. It even features introductions from the daughters of Che Guevara and Raul Castro. It doesn't get more authentic than that.
