This place totally takes you to a 1940’s opium den and back. Exotic bottles, weathered maps, pin up posters, pipes and worn traveling trunks give this Tribeca bar the feel of a dark and moody old trading warehouse… a warehouse which happens to serve lovely cocktails from the same team behind Employees Only.

Inspired by the Portuguese-Chinese influence in Macao, there’s an interesting blend of flavours in both the drinks and food menu. We like the Kaffir Jimlet with kaffir lime infused Ford’s Gin, lime juice and agave nectar - simple and perfect.

The upstairs restaurant is blindingly good and serves late night snacks from Char Sui BBQ ribs to shrimp dumplings. Some nights they have vintage style bands to really complete the mood, and later on in the basement bar things get kicked up a notch with DJs and a classy level of debauchery.
