It may be a restaurant, but it’s worth rocking up to Saxon + Parole just for the cocktails. They've won awards for them, so it's serious business. They might say grilled meats and aquatic delights, we say show up and drink one of their "Bottled" Champagne Negronis. Snap.

From the outside this place looks pretty basic, the plain white exterior and picket fence just don’t do it justice. One foot inside and you’ll see what we we’re talking about; wooden barrels, high ceilings, ornate cabinets and some rather brash light fittings become Instagram gold. Cocktails here are killer, kind of whacky, but still damn serious drinks. Big into pre-batching, they basically prep the cocktails all day long so come night-time service is swift, just how it should be done.
