Thomas Waugh is the mixology maestro at the helm. He’s created a menu where each cocktail is led by a specific flavour. The clue is in the name - you can choose drinks that include Cardamon, Cucumber, Pistachio, and Jalapeño. BarChick was immediately drawn towards Smoke. Scotch, pomegranate and curry leaf - we’re as intrigued as we are excited. These guys have good garnish game too. You’ll be wanting to get snap happy.

The blue-panelled room itself is ‘intimate’ - there are whispers that planning restrictions have something to do with it. But if you do manage to bag yourself a seat overlooking that glimmering pool then settle back, grab the cocktail menu, and jump right in. Just not literally, please.
