From the moment BarChick walked in, we knew this was something special. This 1950s style upscale diner/bar, with white & green tiles, bare green tables, red cushioned chairs and naked light bulbs, think old school good times when chicks wore pearls and men held open doors.

Keep going through the restaurant to the library-esque bar in the back. If all libraries were like this, there would be more book worms in the world. Under the dim lights and watchful eyes of portraits, sink deep into a plush, overstuffed armchair by the fireplace and sip on one of the expertly-made drinks, from the same team as Grazie pizzeria. The Spicy Gimlet had BarChick at hello with gin, cardamom, lime and white pepper. Fresh and boozy, this instant classic warmed us up and cooled us down all at once.
