BarChick went for a classic Aperol Spritz topped up with Champagne, found a spot in the sun and soaked up that insane view. This is the spot to catch the sunset if you’re lucky. Happen to pop round on a cooler night? No worries, they’ve got you covered with heat lamps, blankets and coloured fairy lights.

This place gets rammed and takes no bookings. If you don’t want to risk it, book at the factory-chic restaurant on the 6th floor and when you’re done stuffing your face, pop upstairs when no one is looking.
