If ledge burger joint Fergburger was the night before, then this epic bakers and pie joint is the morning after.

Easily located on Shotover Street (one of the main stretches in Queenstown), just look out for the throngs of people hoarding around outside both Fergbaker and Fergburger, and you know you’ve arrived.

The best time to go is in the morning when the banging pies are the freshest and haven’t yet sold out. We recommend a good old New Zealand favourite, the mince and cheese pie. It’s warm, filling, tasty and cheap, pow. If you are feeling a little worse for wear grab a beer to wash away the sins of the night before.
