One for the lads, BarChick’s Brazilian mates brought her here claiming it one of the best bars in Rio… it’s certainly the place to be, especially Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays.
A boteco style restaurant with very minimal looking décor that’s rammed all the time, especially when the football is on. It doesn’t matter who is playing, this restaurant and the street it lives on fills with so many youngsters that you can’t see where this place ends and the next venue begins. The food is typical Brazilian, lots of meat and of great quality.
If it’s just a snack you’re after then we recommend the Brazilian sausage with salsa. For drinks, it’s beer and more beer, although BarChick ordered a jug of the Sangria which was bloody good too. This is defiantly an experience and a great place to pull when the footie is on.
