On a street where every week it seems the new IT spot has opened, is a taqueria that is anything but a traditional Mexican, instead it’s 100% San Franciscan. It’s a big fiesta inside, everyone gets involved, ordering from a very cocktail focused menu and a tequila list over 100 bottles strong. Oh and their tacos that have been described as life changing.

Although the room itself is light and airy, with a long wooden bar from where you can watch the magic happen, it gets loud, so get a glass of Pasión made with habanero, silver tequila, passion fruit and lime, and join in. Clean lines dominate the look and feel, which really lets the friendly style of the staff and food shine. It’s taco Tuesday everyday here and people wait for ages to fill up on braised short rib or beer-and-a-shot chicken tacos, that are honestly mind blowing.

They have a wicked outside area, complete with heaters, which is great for bigger groups. They even do several of their signature drinks by the pitcher if you want to go full throttle with a bunch of friends. Yes Sir.
