Part cocktail bar, part nail parlour - we’re not the manicure type, but if you put a drink in our hand at the same time, well, alright then. Don’t let the manicures put you off though – all sleek industrial design, Jekyll & Hyde is the lovechild of the team behind Manicurious and Bar Stories legend Jeff Ho.

This is no gimmick: it’s very much a serious bar in its own right, just with a split personality. It’s all in the name, in case you missed it - after all, we've all got a bit of good and bad in us. The nail parlour is tucked into the corner of the front part, leaving the rest dedicated to cocktail craft. 

If you’ve already bumped into Jeff at the awesome Bar Stories, you’ll know he’s an old hand in the local scene and a master at pairing your thoughts to your palate, so there’s no need for a menu. Pick a spirit from the boutique back bar (more than 30 artisanal gins, swoon), throw a few flavours his way and let him do the rest. If you have to pick? BarChick says go for the Mr Bean. Kaya, Frangelico, butterscotch liqueur, vodka... and soybean curd. It's kinda famous, so get involved.
