That famous line 'there's no place like home?' Well, we're not so sure after visiting this place. Jigger and Pony have hospitality nailed, and it's all about the attention to the little things. Their mantra is to make sure the customer is happier when they leave than when they came in. Take note - this is the kinda approach BarChick loves.

This is V2 of a bar that's regularly named as one of Asia's top cocktail haunts. It's sleek and sexy - mahogany, velvet swivel chairs and booths for when you want to get cosy. We quite like pitching up at the communal table to make new friends. If you've been here before, the bar team will remember your name, your favourite drink, your birthday and your water glass will never be empty. The music is cool and unobtrusive, kinda electro-swing. Lighting is dark enough to feel anonymous but bright enough to read the menu. And the drinks? Both recommendations and execution are outstanding. The martini is kinda their speciality and they've got a bunch of varieties. Don't leave without trying at least one.

At the end of the day, they just make us feel f*cking special. It’s all thanks to passionate owner team Indra and Guo Yi, their award-winning bar manager Aki Eguchi and their religious dedication to this place. They’re yet to serve BarChick a bad drink, so that’s an A++ from us
