The bar is perched on the rooftop of the National Gallery Singapore, but tbh those awesome views of Marina Bay Sands rival any art you'll find inside. The space is stunning too, providing a seamless transition from the al fresco balcony to the bar inside - all gleaming woods, shimmering copper tones and warm lighting. The cocktail menu changes regularly, and there are plenty of Asian ingredients to complement the humid night air - think black sesame, sugarcane spirit and jackfruit. And don't forget to dive into the Bar Bites. Crispy spiced fish skin and skinny truffle fries might drag your eyes away from that view, if only for a second.
