Open from 7am, they serve a mix of Italian cooking with Swedish freshness. Once the night gets going, the market area gets turned in a dark series of passageways where drinkers hang out in little hidden bars while eating nibbles from the main restaurant.
The bar team has a couple heavy hitters including Nordic World Class champion, Rikard Enell, who will happily blow your mind. Have him make you Not Another Amaretto Sour, which uses Nardini Mandorla Grappa instead of amaretto, giving it a proper grown up bite. The bar pulls in quite a few off duty bartenders too, which is always a good sign if you’re after a proper drink and a party.
