This is where the Bondi locals hang. It’s got you covered for food, drinks and good tunes, as well as friendly staff, and all just a sunburnt crawl from Bondi Beach. Pretty much the perfect post-surf spot.
The cocktail menu is bold and pokey. The peaty Taco Flavoured Kisses has a kick with chili mezcal, while some of the lighter, more summery drinks have plenty of freshly squeezed juices. For a tropical quick fix, order the Neighbourhood Hooch – a strong concoction house-blended Blackstrap Rum with Pampero Especial and fresh pineapple juice. Even the food is laced with booze – anyone for Sticky Bulleit Bourbon BBQ Wings? No brainer.
On the weekend, get a hearty brunch with a Neighbourhood Mary (Ketel One Vodka, beef master-stock infused house Mary mix, lemon juice, secret sauce & smoked garlic salt with Coralillo Joven Mezcal), or write off your Sunday afternoon by settling in for their full Sunday roast (just $20) and some legendary hip hop beats. These guys even have their own radio station broadcasting Bondi Radio live right out of the middle of the joint.
