A selection of local & international craft ales, alongside awesome stuffed sandwiches? We’d tap that. And by that we mean we’d head to TAP. Aka The Ale Project if you want to give it it’s full title. 

This brew bar is serving up a killer selection of craft beers, many of them homegrown hops in the Brewed In Hong Kong section. If you can’t live without your Meantime then fear not, there’s also some UK imports, as well as sick beers from the likes of New Zealand, US and the Netherlands. 

With it’s casual, unpretentious atmosphere it’s a great place to head for pre-game drinks on a Friday night. Or head over for a chilled Sunday with your crew sinking some session beers. With 18 beer regularly rotating on tap, and loads more bottled, there’s always something new to dive into. You’ll find BarChick sitting on one of the high wooden benches, probably with one of the local ales at her elbow. We’ll also go for one of the sarnies. The bread is dope, from bakers extraordinaire, Gregoire Michaud. Choose siu yuk roasted pork for the perfect way to mop up an evening of easygoing drinking to your heart’s content.
