As soon as you step inside The Westbury Hotel foyer you'll see what we mean.  

Once inside The Sidecar, slide over to one of the caramel-leather couches and get cosy - perfect for a date, or a night with your pal when you wanna feel fancy.  Alternatively nab one of the plush stools at the bar, just mind your head on those dripping chandeliers yeah? The guys here are hands-down experts at getting creative with cocktails, so it's always good to ask for advice. Keeping it classic? The Sidecar Signature cocktail combines Hennessy Fine de Cognac, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, freshly squeezed lemon juice & sugar.  Damn fine. 

Our favourite bit? Always the Martini trolley.  You know you're in the right place when you're getting a Martini mixed at your table by a white waistcoat wearing bartender. The glam rating just sky-rocketed.
