On the aptly named Castle Street, look up to the clouds and you’ll see Chaophraya’s impressive roof terrace. Don’t try to burn some extra cals by taking the stairs, you’ll only have to come back down as this place is only accessible by the lift, which is a one stop to The Zacapa Experience.

On your way up prepare yourself for the view, and then prepare yourself for the drinks. The signature drink here is a Smoked Banana & Vanilla Pina Colada, but if you need something that hits a little harder their Treacle packs a punch. Obviously this place specialises in rum but don’t write it off if that’s not your tipple, there are a couple of gin drinks and a solid Ciroc Caipiroska with muddled grapes on the menu too.

The beauty of this place - along with the mega view - is the short and simple menu. There’s nothing overly complicated or fussy, just a small selection of fantastically made drinks, with great service to match. And if you ask nicely, they’ll bring you prawn crackers – we’re sold.
