WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Originally Glastonbury. I’m a festival baby.

WHERE DO YOU/HAVE YOU WORKED?

Now: Pollen Room. Then: MR PORTER Amsterdam, a swanky rooftop bar looking over Dam Square – before that I was working as a consultant with my own company all over Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Hawaii.

FAVORITE BARS?

I’m a creature of habit, once I like somewhere it’s the only place I’ll go in a certain city. Currently it's Sal Muera and Tales & Spirits in Amsterdam. Previously my hangouts were 28 Hong Kong St (Singapore), Deus Ex Machina (Bali), Potato Head Folk rooftop (Singapore), Cha Cha Wan (Hong Kong), The Back Bar (Hong Kong). When I’m home it’s a straight shooter to Hawksmoor Airstreet then Trailer Happiness.

FAVOURITE DRINK?

Negroni.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

Dancing on the bar at Glastonbury Festival covered in glitter a couple of years ago giving laybacks to hundreds of festy punters.

Ever done it on a bar?

No, I’m probably too OCD about cleanliness.

What's next for you?

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

Very recently one of my fellow bartenders said to the DJ as she turned the music off “hey why don’t you get your usb and we’ll carry on the party at my place” … seriously?

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

Squirrels can’t burp or vomit.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
