I am very happy at Claridges, there is a very strong bond between the staff at Claridges, and I am always motivated to strive for perfection. Maybe in the future it would be great to manage a group of bars and move to a country with a hotter climate which I know my family would love...

I created a cocktail the day that you visited the bar, haven't got a name yet, any suggestions? 15ml No 3 Gin 10ml Kammerling's 10ml Mandarine Napoleon XO 1 White Sugar Top up with Champagne Method: Place the sugar cube on the bottom of the champagne flute, stir ingredient and stain in the glass, top up with champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
I very rarely drink martinis, except on special occasions in which I would drink my martini with gin straight out of the freezer with a spray of vermouth and a twist.
