I have Rock’n’roll moments every night when I’m behind the bar, I always like to personalise the experience for all my guests and make them feel special.
Probably drinking cocktails in East London , or making Barbecues in my house garden.
I was DJing and producing electronic music for more than 10 years, so if I wouldn’t be behind a bar now I would keep makes music.
