The Sun Tavern Bethnal Green It's a cocktail bar, famous for its cocktails, Irish whiskies and the infamous Poitín. It’s also the second bar from the team behind  Discount Suit Company which is a great spot as well.

What is your favourite cocktail?

Depends on the time of year. Winter will be a Black Manhattan, Summer will be a Mai Tai

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Nothing that springs to mind, just the usual serving of A list celebrities and Royalty.

Where would we find you on your nights off?

At home relaxing and sleeping mostly.

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

I dread to think, but something just as nocturnal most likely

What is your desert island bottle?

I’ll have a bottle of Green Spot Irish whiskey thank you!

What is your hangover cure?

Plenty of water, and never drink again!
