What is your favourite cocktail?

Tequila Martini – A good 100% agave blanco tequila served wet using a blanc vermouth & a lemon twist 

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Hmmm, I have often been found dancing on bar tops with a bottle of tequila in hand… 

Where will we find you on your nights off?

Having a chilled night in with my partner & dog or in my favourite local pub catching up with a mate 

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

I did a degree in Interior Architecture, however, I think I would have ended up in the music industry if I didn’t go down the bar route 

What is your desert island bottle?

A quality 100% agave spirit – too hard to choose just one, I’ll take what I’m given. 

What is your hangover cure?

Staying in bed with my dog 

If you were gonna create a cocktail for BarChick, what would you make?

A FAM Margarita – a blend of highland & valley tequilas, fresh lemon & Devon flower honey; shaken & served on the rocks with a sprig of lemon thyme.
