I'm from Cape Town, South Africa, but I work in Edinburgh, UK.
I am the original member of Panda & Sons in Edinburgh. Have previously worked at Smokestack Leeds and places like Bibis and RBG.
My favourite bars would have to be Bon Vivant and Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh, Jakes bar and Sandinista in Leeds and places like the Nightjar, but to be honest, any bar that sells a very cold Sol ;)
A good old fashioned... Daiquiri
My most rock and roll moment... uummm... spilling red wine over a guys white shirt and having to work topless for the whole night as punishment. ( I think I got laid that night ;) )
