Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

After my last shift at Smokestack, I climbed back behind the stick on the shoulders of the mighty Tom Finnon. Made a daquiri on his shoulders, and used the crown of his skull to seal the boston shaker shut. Sorry mate.

Ever done it on a bar?

Irrational fear of splinters.

What's next for you?

I try not to look too hard into the future. As Ferris Bueller famously said: 'Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it'.

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

Will Hawes' signature. Doesn't necessarily have to be in a bar. Just shout the first six digits of your phone number as loud as you can towards a woman that's walking away. If she turns around it's worked.

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

I have a Masters degree in Security, Terrorism and Insurgency.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

Drawing inspiration from a recent trip to Martinique... Sugar Ti*s Sour! Clement Premiere Canne, Creme De Peche, Lime Juice, Egg White, Cane Syrup, Dash of Amargo Chuncho. Served up, on a boat.

How do you like your Martini?

Wet with an onion.

What did you want to be as a kid?

Serge Gainsbourg (still do!)
