There's probably been a few, I worked a few years in some loose clubs, you see and get involved in some pretty crazy stuff.

No, I try to keep work and private life separate where possible!

What's next for you?

More of the same I guess, exploring flavours and techniques of the bar and restaurant world. And hopefully a holiday soon...
