WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Too many places to list, but I was actually born in the UK, true story ;)

WHERE DO YOU/HAVE YOU WORKED?

Bardeaux (Queenstown, New Zealand), Moon Bar (Dunedin, New Zealand), MEATLiquor (London), Snow Queen Vodka (Brand Ambassador). You can now find me at LCC.

FAVORITE BARS?

Little Red Door (Paris), Library Bar (Los Angeles), The Edison (Los Angeles), The Nightjar (London) and Trailer Happiness (London).

FAVOURITE DRINK?

Ice cold larger in a bottle with a shot of dark rum in tow.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

I couldn't possibly tell that story in fear of getting arrested, actually I'm not sure how I didn't?? Wish I could erase that night from my memory.

Ever done it on a bar?

Surprisingly not, but tomorrow's a new sunrise.

What's next for you?

This year has got off to a great start winning two big comps including the Snow Queen Martini Masters. I'm just going to keep plugging away and reassess at the end of the year.

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

'Have you ever heard of a 68? You blow me and I will owe you one'.

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

'You can put a cat in the oven, but that don't make it a biscuit' (Wesley Snipes, White man can't Jump). Anyone who knows me knows I'm forever quoting films, they used to call me 'Hollywood' at high school.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

It would be 'omakase' style, but it would definitely rock your draws ;) as for the name, I always leave that up to the customer.

How do you like your Martini?

As my man Daniel Craig says in Casino Royale after losing millions of dollars in a poker game 'Do I look like I give a damn!'. Actually I do, I like mine with lots of vermouth and vodka as the base (Snow Queen obviously).

What did you want to be as a kid?

Professional basketball player.
