Probably having a lock in at my old place of work to leave, steaming and walk straight into a crime scene. A guy had been shot at three times right outside the bar but we had the music turned up so loud in the office we didn’t even notice.
Who knows, I’d love the opportunity to tend bar in NYC, but I’m not ready to leave Mojo yet. So if Mojo fancy opening somewhere across the pond?

I’d make you a Rhubarbarella, (invented by Jos who I work with) Portobello Road Gin (for you London ladies), Rhubarb and Lime cordial (for the Yorkshire flavour) and Cocchi Americana Rosa (because it’s tasty as f***)
Wet, with Vodka or Gin (I quite like a vodka martini) I’m a lemon twist kinda girl as well.
