Favourite bar has to be The Covent Garden Cocktail Club; the atmosphere and the guys on the bar make it a top night every time.
Has to be my Smokey Braveheart; made from a double Laphroaig and my home made honey, lemon and ginger syrup and some elderflower. Then gradually stirred with ice like an Old Fashioned.
What goes on the bar stays on the bar hahah
Setting up my own mail order ready made cocktails for weddings, corporate dos etc. Also I love making Vermouth so would like to try to develop that commercially

My cocktail for BarChick would be the cocktail that got me to the final of the poshmakers spirits competition: 'Best of Both Worlds' inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. With AKA Vodka 20ml, Virgin Gorda Rum 25ml Dark Creme de Cacoa 20ml, hazelnut syrup 15ml and egg white. Served with crispy bacon infused chocolate sausages made by myself, melba toast and harbo eggs. So you have the classic english fry up and chocolate desert in a cocktail.
It has to be Sipsmiths Gin 50ml, 15ml of my Vermouth and garnished with twist of orange and grapefruit
