Who knows? Life is unpredictable, the only thing I can ensure is that I always do my best! But I will go on to represent Hong Kong at the Global Finals held from July 28 to August 1 across several destinations in the UK including Edinburgh and London.

I would use Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky (10 years old), Dai Pai Dong Tea Cordial, evaporated milk and egg white with coffee ale to create a BarChick cocktail named “Aberdeen” – it means “The son of Hong Kong” in Chinese, and is also the area in which I grew up in.
“Omakase”- which means “leave it to bartender”. I like to learn how other bartenders make their Martinis – with gin or vodka, my preference of course!
