You’ll be let in gently through a lit hallway and intro’d to your server before being plunged into darkness as the lights go down. Then a 90 minute showdown kicks off with bubbles, 2 sensory awakening cocktails, amuse bouches and finishing it off with a wine tasting in the dark (so go easy on that swirl) and 2 glasses of the good stuff.
