Whilst most Irish bars have a similar vibe, some just do it better, and the George Payne is both the biggest and the best in Barca. Handily situated in the centre of town, many-a-spandex clad stag do have walked in and stumbled out. Don't let this put you off.
The craic is aided and encouraged by many good drinks promotions and whoever named the burgers clearly touched the Blarney Stone. Among them, the Ryanair burger has no frills while the Jedward has two thick Irish paddies.
People of Barcelona can't get enough of their beloved football team but trying to catch your team or your sport can be tough in this town. This is your place; big screens, cheap drinks a warm Gaelic welcome, occasionally with a Catalan lilt to be sure.
