Dutch owned Tulp is quirky and quaint all at once. Pastel shades, indoor plants and magical lighting are inviting and there’s only so long BarChick can go without getting stuck into a shisha here. With views of the harbour and an endless stream of Ibiza’s hot young things walking past people watching here is priceless.

When it comes to cocktails sweet and juicy is the look, dramatic colours and those really long straws mean that if you’re really into your booze you should stick to mixers. Do get involved with the sharing tapas though. The chilled beats, cool crowd and blankets they give you once the sun has gone down make Tulp a San An spot worth hitting.
