A hot-headed, cool-bodied mezcaleria in the walls of Dalt Villa, who knew that the handcrafted mezcal bandwagon would hit Ibiza so soon? More than just a bar this place is about the whole experience, they’re calling the fusion Mexiterranean and we’re so into it that it hurts (SRSLY).

Wobble over the cobbles in Plaza De Villa until you find yourself opposite popular restaurant La Oliva. The scripted sign hangs above a fresh white exterior and bottles of mezcal are stacked on the shelved windows. Book one of the two tables if you want to get involved with the guided mezcal flight (trust us you do), go for one of the candlelit benches nuzzled into the walls or perch pretty at the bar.

Make like BarChick and kick-off proceedings with a cocktail, (the Mezcal Margarita or the Bloody Mezcal should do it) then allow charming owner Javier to talk you through a tasting of five different mezcals, each accompanied by a delicious course of oysters, sashimi, seaweed, beans, prawns…YUM. By the end of it all you’ll be educated, well fed and p*ssed, there’s nothing we don’t love about this place.

From 1-4 for lunch or MENU and from 19:00-21:00 for dinner and cata and then till 2:00 am...
