This place has been cool since your Papa was still swinging! Located at the very end of Salinas it isn’t somewhere you stumble upon, you either know about it, or you don’t. Take a dip in the beautifully still, translucent waters or stay shore bound and shimmy to Balearic tunes with scantily clad hotties everywhere. Shabba.
Much of Sa Trinxa has remained unchanged since the 80s. Ibiza legend Jon Sa Trinxa has been setting the mood to acclaim from his DJ box known as ‘The House’ for 18 years, it’s the place that gave him his title and he can still be found rocking out on Mondays and Wednesdays. Marcello Marchitto is Sa Trinxa new blood and obvs he’s wicked too.
Check out the fresh seafood and the Champers Sangria, but if picnics are more your thing then you’re welcome to bring your own and absorb the music and atmosphere from the beach. The staff are lovely and the loos are much better than you’d expect from somewhere that hasn’t changed in 30 years. Don’t forget to show off your moves on the diving board, the drunker the better for landing that ambitious belly-flop.
